Public Service Counter Opening Hours
Longford County Council public service counter opening hours have changed from Tuesday, 7 February. Please see below:
Aras an Chontae, Great Water Street offices:
- Reception - Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm and 2-5pm
- Planning - Monday to Friday, 10am-1pm and 2-4pm
Market Square offices:
- Housing - Monday to Friday, 10am-1pm and 2-4pm
- Tourism - Monday to Friday, 10am-1pm and 2-4pm
Camlin Court offices:
- Environment - Monday to Friday, 10am-1pm and 2-4pm
- Cash Office - Monday to Friday, 10am-1pm and 2-4pm
- Motor Tax - Monday to Thursday, 10am-1pm and Friday from 10am-1pm and 2-3pm
Meetings with the public, outside these public opening hours, can be arranged by appointment.

Please note: Phone lines are open Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays, bank holidays and Good Friday).
